We bid farewell to Marjorie Baxter in Riverside, California, born in Commerce, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 18, 2024 at the age of 87. Marjorie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by : her parents, Starling Culmon and Birdie Elizabeth Earwood (White); her husband Douglas Baxter; her siblings, Gladys Earwood Thomason, J. C., Lee and Ray Earwood; and her former life partner John Cook (Douglas Baxter).

She is survived by : her daughters, Linda, Lori and Loretta; her stepsons, Steve Baxter (Marge) and John Baxter (Brenda); and her grandchildren, Amanda Hludzinski (Brian), Audra Goff (Jeromy), Daniel Voges (Roxanne), Jonathan Voges, Matthew Voges (Caleshe) and Joshua Voges (Michelle).

A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Riverside National Cemetery (22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92518-2740). A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 5th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Riverside Baptist Church (9015 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92503).
