He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jimmie, Joseph, Rose, Laura, Marguerite and Dora.

He is survived by: his children, Johnny of Riverside and Angela of Moreno Valley; his grandson Jordan Michael of San Marcos; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Jackson of Riverside and Gwendolyn Yvonne Brown of Chicago. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
