She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Leo and Hannah Mary Perate (Arnold); her brother-in-law Charles "Gerado" Caracciolo; her niece Diane I. Caracciolo Wilson; and her great-nephew Leon Edward Wilson Jr..
She is survived by: her sisters, Catherine Naomi Perate Caracciolo and Dolores Marie Perate Mynatt (Steve); and her nieces and nephews, Charles Caracciolo Sr. (Mary Jo), Deborah Caracciolo-Smith (Bob), Karen Caracciolo Bryan, Matthew Caracciolo, Timothy Caracciolo (Heather) and Stephen Mynatt (Nicole).
