She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Bentley and Charleen Bentley. She is survived by: her husband Edward Butcher; and her children, Ray Butcher, Tammie Smentek, Dawna Penny Calderone, Sandra Penny, Darren Penny and Melinda George. She is also survived by her children's spouses.
