He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Swart and Irene Swart (Primus); his siblings, John, Anthony and Lynn; and his daughter Millie Rose.
He is survived by: his sons, Nathan, Theodore (Rebecca), Johnathan (Jannene) and Joseph; and his brothers, Terry, Jim and Michael. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous other family members.
