He is survived by: his children, Debra, Dave Warnke of Visalia, Shane and Holly McIntosh of Squaw; his brothers, John McIntosh of Riverdale and Sam Brown of Tulare, California.; his son Marty McIntosh; and his pet Dallas. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
