He is survived by: his wife Genevieve J. De La Cruz; his children, Annie M. De La Cruz, David J. De La Cruz and Juan J. De La Cruz; his son-in-law Carlos Gutierrez; his grandchildren, Ricky Ruben Gutierrez, Addam Noel Gutierrez and Juan Carlos Gutierrez, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Aria Nicole and Adrian Noel Gutierrez.
