She was predeceased by: her parents, Ola Hopkins and Sylvester Hopkins; and her children, Robert McIntosh and Donna Tanner. She is survived by: her children, Verl McIntosh, Ethel, Sam Brown, Alice Ray (Mike), John McInthosh (Shannon), Dianna Summers (Odie) and Frances Simmons. She is also survived by 17 Grand Children, 36 great grand children, and 10 great-great grand children.
