It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Rickie White (Riverbank, California), born in Yuba City, California, who passed away on December 25, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Nogie and Agnes Bilyeu; his siblings, Sammy, James Long and Allesandra (Long); and his daughter Lisa Williams (White).

He is survived by: his wife Gloria White (Elam); his sons, Rickie, Andy White, Rick and Michael Elam; and his siblings, Patricia Dobbs, Joyce Farris, Joe Long, Janet (Long) and Nogie Long Jr.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
