He is survived by: his children, Lynn Barlow (Jerry), Randy Setliff Modesto (Jenny) and Katherine Setliff; his siblings-in-law, Larry Snelling (Ellen) and Boyreta Snelling (Modesto); his grandchildren, Heather Hellrigel Papillion (Stephen) of Nebraska, Ashley Garcia Folsom (Luke), Natalie Setliff-Gould Sacramento (Chris) and Thomas Setliff Folsom (Belinda); and his great grandchildren, Willow, Caspen, Elias, Adalynn Hellrigel, Atticus and Amos Garcia.
