He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pendleton and Ruth Pendleton; his wife Nettie Yvonne Pendleton; and his sister Doris Dunham. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Martin (John), Richard Pendleton (Ann), Tim Pendleton (Veronica) and Mike Pendleton (Ann); his grandchildren, Eric Pendleton (Anna), Kaeli Gibson (Joseph), Abigail, Allison, Logan, Bryce, Cami and Baelyn Pendleton; and his great grandchild Bella Gibson.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's memory may be made to Ripon Free Methodist Church.
