He is survived by: his wife Elisabeth Verheul; his children, Antine De Jong (Larry) of Ripon, Lian (Walt), Dulk of Loudon and Ellen Mantey (Andrew) of West Chester, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Andrea Clark (Ryan), Matthew De Jong (Kelly), Brianna De Jong, Ryan (Dulk), Stacy Crook (Evan), Katie McKay (Adam), Joseph Mantey (Kathryn), David Mantey (Lauren) and Katelyn Mantey; and his sisters, Suze of Vogel and Siena Ravensberg of Ireland. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
