Hoekman of Ripon, California, born in New Holland, South Dakota, who passed away on October 28, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hoekman and Dirkje Hoekman. He is survived by: his wife Jeannetta; and his children, Mark (Giny) of Holland, MI, Kent of Reno, NV, Timothy (Carla Connors) of Tallahassee, FL, Joel (Debra) of Ripon, CA, Thomas of Folsom, CA and Rebecca Chiesa (Andrew) of Hughson, CA. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and twenty-seven great grandchildren.
