He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanne Madsen and Ernie Madsen; and his parents-in-law, Evelyn and Art Weststeyn. He is survived by: his wife Carol Madsen; his children, Lynnelle and Christopher (Christina); and his grandchildren, Henry, Evelynne, Theodore and Mae Carol.
