He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Winters and Florence Winters (Smith); his daughter Altie Winters Mederos; and his brother-in-law Ronald Graham. He is survived by: his wife Denese; his children, Ryan Winters (Janay) of Ripon and Nick Winters of Modesto; his sister Nancy Graham of Manteca; his nephew Jeremy Brouwer (Krishan) of Modesto; his son-in-law Scott Mederos of Visalia; and his grandchildren, Taryn of Ripon, Pete of Ripon, Klaas of Ripon and Rhilyn of Ripon.
