He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert Madoski and Margaret Porter (Sis). He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Bruce Madoski (Lisa) of Ripon, Judy DeJong (Dan) of Oakdale, Jeanette Hekman (Greg) of Medford and Steve Madoski of Tehachapi; and his grandchildren, Nathan DeJong (Tuesday), Britany Madoski, Natalie Grace (Jeremy), Marc Madoski, Ryan Hekman (Irene), Bryce Hekman (Taylor), Tyler Hekman (Shelby), Alan Miller and Keera Madoski. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.

Any memorial donations can be made in Dick's name to the Ripon Free Methodist Church designated for International Child Care Ministries.
