She was predeceased by: her parents, Jelle Roorda and Truntje Roorda; her husband Harry Postma; her children, Martin Postma and Tina Vandenakker; and her siblings, Aafke Roorda (Vanderwal), Tineka Roorda (Adema), Sierk Roorda of Friesland, Netherlands. and Peter Roorda of Friesland, Netherlands..
She is survived by: her daughters, Effie, Marti and Juli; her grandchildren, Effie Visser (Tony) of Ripon, CA, Marti Niemand (Jeff) of Alta Loma, CA and Juli Van Vliet of Harker Heights, TX.; and her sisters, Jeltje Osinga and Renske Vandertuin of Friesland, Netherlands.. She is also survived by grandchildren (15), great grandchildren (35), great great grandchildren.
