He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Nathan (Kendra), Kara, Joel (Cait) and Jonathan (Charlotte); his granddaughters, Lily and Theresa; his siblings, Bill (Sharron), Ron (Diane), Lisa Humphreys (Mark), Don Brouwer (Maria) and Jeff Brouwer (Karla); and his mother-in-law Clara Brouwer.
