She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Reikels and Anna Reikels; her husband Marvin Beekman; her granddaughter Alicia Andriese; and her sisters, Jean Witteveen and Marcia Vanderwieg.

She is survived by: her children, Richard Beekman, Margo Jenkins and Jane Andriese; her grandson Aaron Andriese; and her brother William "Bill" Riekels.
