She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jilles Nieuwenhuyzen and Marjorie Van Nieuwenhuyzen; her husband Leroy Cunningham; her children, Cheryl Lynn Cunningham, Rosalie Sartin (Randy) and Bruce Cunningham; her grandchildren, Joshua Cunningham (Sandra), Janelle Cunningham, Vilmur (Austin), Regina Vincent (Tony) and Kris Ray (Shelby); her great grandchildren, Jayden, Mason, Makayla, McKinzy, Luke and Jacob; her daughter Bonnie Ray; and her caregivers, Eva Guerra, Sandra Cunningham, Andrea Van Elderen and Kelly Shipley.

Donations in Annabelle's memory may be made to Ripon Christian Schools or Community Hospice.
