It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Abigail Scott Matthews (Ripon, California), who passed away on December 21, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Figueroa and Eva Figueroa; her former husband Benjamin Scott, Jr.; her grandsons, Harlem and Hasani Brice; and her sister Hilda Figueroa-Lovell.
She is survived by: her husband William Matthews; her children, Bryana Scott, Eliana Scott, Eva Ruhga and Alyssa Scott; her stepchildren, Sterling Matthews and Marcus Matthews; and her brother Orlando Figueroa. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
