He is survived by: his wife Shirley Rafter (Swett); and his children, John Rafter (Karen) of Yuba City, Lynda Sandage (Ron) of Sutter, Virginia Head (Sam) of Olivehurst, Clint Rafter (Cindy) of Sheridan and Ronnye Bechtel (Mike) of Nicolaus. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two brothers; and one sister.
