He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Allen Harmon and Vera Grace Balmforth; his wife Karen Tolman; his brothers, Del Allen, Charles Linden and Harvey Glen; and his wife Carolyn.

He is survived by: his sister Faye Sibley of Mesa; his son William David (Jhenn); and his stepchildren, Cindy Osborne, Keith Henderson Both, Sacramento and Ramon Reyes (Evangeline) of Marikina City, Philippines..
