He is survived by: his wife Sharon Props; his children, Richard Hoover, Randy Props, Tammy Fonner and Teresa Addison; his grandchildren, Isabella Hoover, Elisabeth Hoover, Melissa Hoover, Scot Addison, Bret Addison, Jake Addison, Jonathon Lemmon, Justin Fonner and Danny Fonner; his mother Elta Props; and his brothers, Rodney, Rocky and Richie Props. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
