He was predeceased by: his wife Kathryn; his daughters, Sandy Hayer and Kathy Willis; and his pet Missy. He is survived by: his daughter Carol Carlton (Cindy); and his grandsons, Jeff, Greg and Steve Hayer. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
