She was predeceased by: her parents, Jefferson Celmer Ross and Margaret Ballantyne; and her husband Oscar Arthur Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Perkins (Kim) of Ridgecrest, Nancy Pace (Megan) of Ridgecrest, David Perkins of Bakersfield and Steve Perkins (Melodie) of Auburn, WA; and her brother Michael Ross. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Immanuel Christian School at 201 West Graaf Ave, Ridgecrest.
