We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2023, at the age of 81, Nita Faye Smith of Ridgecrest, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sister Sandra Elliott of Provo, UT; and her daughter Shirley Becker of Ridgecrest. She is survived by: her husband Charlie Smith of Ridgecrest; her sister Rita Whited (Doug) of Ridgecrest; her children, Bill Smith (Gwen) of Emmett, ID, Debbie Dibble (Mike) of Ridgecrest and Charlie Smith (Ruthie) of San Diego; and her grandchildren, Jaime Young, Billy White, Crystal Carpenter, Michael Pate, Nichole Wilson, Evan Smith, Alyssa French, Aaron Dibble, Allen Dibble, Kari Dibble, Kristi Dibble, Cooper Smith and Beckett Smith. She is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
