With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Shepard Mitchell of Ridgecrest, California, who passed away on January 8, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Donna has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas "Leroy" Mitchell; her children, Robert Barron and Sarah Mitchell of Ridgecrest Ca; her stepdaughter Amber Miles Mitchell (Jason Mitchell); and her sister Cheryl Lopez of Sanger Ca. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Bakersfield National Cemetery (30338 E Bear Mountain Blvd, Arvin, CA 93203).
