He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar William Brune and Ruth Gebhard Brune; and his siblings, Evain, Marcus, LaRue and Phyllis.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Brune; his sons, Carl (Roxanne), Chris and Curtis (Lucy); his grandchildren, Ryan, Owen, Kyle, Ethan, Nicholas and Alex; and his sister Carolyn Blair.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Desert Memorial Park (801 San Bernardino Blvd, Ridgecrest, CA 93555). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (502 N Norma St, Ridgecrest, CA 93555).
