He is survived by: his wife Janet Lewis; his children, Kirk Lewis, Kriss Lewis and Molly Jacobson; his daughter-in-law Jodi Lewis; his grandchildren, Brittani Bateman, Jade Lewis, Krystal Lewis, Mallory Jacobson and Kayla Jacobson; and his great grandchildren, Boe Spence and Jaxson Bateman.
