We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2023, at the age of 78, Rosemary Scott of Reseda, California, born in Salem, Oregon passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Bickell and Gertrude Bickell; her siblings, Lorraine and Laurence (Billy Scott); and her significant other Billy.

She is survived by: her brother William; her son Eric Scott; and her stepson Jamie Scott.

In lieu of flowers, Rosemary asks that you donate to a local children's organization in your area.
