He is survived by: his mother Ofelia Badilla; his wife Gloria Badilla; his sons, Jonathan Badilla, Justin Seitz and Patrick Seitz; his daughter-in-law Amy Seitz; his siblings, Susan Lopez, Evangelina Gonzalez and Steve Badilla; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Lopez, Rene Gonzalez and Leslie Badilla. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
