He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sam Ruhl and Marie Ruhl; his wife Barbara Ruhl; his daughter Kathie Radie (Dave) of Nipomo; his grandchildren, Clark Barbieri (Helen) and Kara Samaniego (Brian); his daughter Karen Ruhl of Fresno; his grandchildren, Jenny McLaskey (Tim) and Matt Fugman (Kathy); his daughter Susan Oneal of San Jose; his grandchildren, Nicole Oneal and Chris Oneal; and his brother Sam Ruhl of Tenn. He was also cherished by 7 Great grandchildren.
