He was predeceased by: his wife Billye Jones-Bonner; his parents, Irene Bonner and Burnis Bonner; his brothers, Russell Bonner and Ronald Bonner; and his great grandchild Oliver Bonner.
He is survived by: his former wife Somnuek "Nita" Bonner; his children, Jeffery Bonner (Krista), Tracey Bonner-Cason and Suzye Bonner-Bracamontes; his sister Kay (Ken); his grandchildren, Chris Lozano (Rebekah), Tyler Bonner (Heather), Priscilla Bracamontes-Wood (Maurice), Jordan Bonner (Katherine), Justynn Cason-Willems (Matthew), Billy Bracamontes and Toby Bracamontes; and his great grandchildren, Bryleigh, Lailah, Malik, Faith, Emery, Sawyer, Luther, Molly, Axyll, Jagger and Nehemiah.
