He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted and Edith. He is survived by: his wife Leslie; his son Michael (Amanda); his grandchildren, Abigail and Noah; and his nieces and nephews, Alex, Dani, Mariah, Ashley, Myranda, Aaron, Jay, Robert, Brandon, Jason, Michael, Jesse and Taylor.
