He was predeceased by: his parents, Mandy Knight and Necho Feliz, Sr. (Gertrude Feliz); his children, June Feliz and Frank Feliz; his granddaughter Alexis Freeman; and his siblings, Carol Vedolla, Catherine San Diego, Ruby Pollard, Elizabeth Feliz, Theresa Feliz, Leslie Feliz, Robert Feliz and George Feliz.
He is survived by: his sister Esther Lockhart of Ukiah; his sons, Richard Feliz, Sr. and John Feliz, Sr. of Redwood Valley; and his grandchildren, Marc Feliz, Nathan Feliz, Sr., Jennifer Feliz, Levi Feliz, John Feliz, Jr., Necho Freeman and Wes Feliz. He is also survived by numerous Great-Grandchildren, a Great- Great Grandchild, and numerous Nieces, Nephews and extended relatives.
