He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Billingsley and Vernelle Billingsley; his wife Dorothy; his sister Betty Perlin; his children, Kim Brink (Paul), Peter Mack (Kristi), Chelle Mudlaff (Paul), Gwen Houston and Laura Gianino (Joe); and his grandchildren, Cyle, Kayla, Breana, Ryan, Natalie, Audrey, Charlie, Hannah, Jack and Luca. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews, and life-long friends.
