He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Phair and Anita Phair. He is survived by: his wife Grace; his brothers, Charles and Leonard; and his stepchildren, Sonya, Lexie and Erik. He is also survived by three grandsons, one great-grandson, and lots of nieces, nephews and friends.
