He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Fischer and Robert Fischer. He is survived by: his wife Grace Sonner; his daughters, Deborah Diaz and Amanda Fischer; his son-in-law Enrique Diaz; and his grandchildren, Mariah Diaz, Drew Diaz and Avery Fischer-Blackwell.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the San Mateo County History Museum (2200 Broadway, Redwood City, CA 94063).
Rich was an avid animal lover so in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made directly to Pets in Need in Redwood City, California.
