With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Refugio Arteaga (Redwood City, California), who passed away on December 23, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Maria Socorro, Eliseo, Rosa Evelia, Luz, Ramon, Raudel, Rosario, Jorge Luis, Ruben Carlos and Maribel. He is also survived by 10 children, 23 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren in addition to many brothers, sisters, cousins, nieces and nephews.
