He is survived by: his wife Tatiana; his children, Vladimir, Valerie, Vera, Victoria and Valentino; his grandchildren, Jacqueline, Taylor, Julia, Keenan, Cassie, Nino, Audrey, LeAndra, Cole, Malcolm, Julien, Sophie, Elsie and Lucy; his great grandchildren, Keilani and Oscar; his sister Flora Espinosa; and his cousins, Isabelita Esparas and Leticia Shelling. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations could be made to the Oscar Quijano Visual and Performing Arts Scholarship Fund to benefit aspiring artists at Cañada College in Redwood City, where he spent many years learning and guiding others to paint and draw.
