Michael Fernandez Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Fernandez of Redwood City, California, born in San Francisco, California, who passed away on August 13, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Concepcion Navarrate (Gregorio Fernandez) and Mike; and his stepson Shell Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Linda Fernandez; his children, Terry Blackwell (Bill), Maria Gleeson (Jim), Greg Fernandez (Michelle), Alegra Fernandez (Tim Boykin) and Sean Fernandez (Jodi); his grandchildren, Joe, Jessica, Christine Eshleman, Jared Fernandez, Kevin McDonald, Marissa Stinson, Emily and Nolan Fernandez; and his stepgrandchildren, Michael, Whytni, Colin, Briana and Holly. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
