It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mecedita R. Nelson (Redwood City, California), who passed away on March 1, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Harry. She is survived by: her son Mark Nelson (Diane) of Short Hills, NJ; and her grandsons, Justin and James. She is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews and cousins.

After developing Parkinson's Syndrome, Mercy moved to California to be with her devoted sisters who cared for her.
