He is survived by: his daughter Zadie Giselle Booker of Tigard; his parents, Sidney D Booker Sr. and Cheroyal Daniels-Spears of Fresno; his brothers, Sidney D Booker, II (Nancy) of Valley Springs and Joseph R Levy (Suszetta) of Fresno; his grandmother Catherine Daniels of Menlo Park; his stepfather Robert J Levy (Nikki) of Fresno; and also Lawrence. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Friends.
