She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Klein and Vivian Klein; her sister Arline Calia; her husband Philip James Barbara Jr.; and her daughter Nicole Louise Barbara.
She is survived by: her son Philip Barbara, III (Laura); her grandchildren, Andrew (Alissa), Brennan, Gwendolyn, Jeffrey, Joseph and Philip IV; and her great grandchildren, Austin, Fredric, Mazikeen and Vincent. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Susan G. Komen or the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation.
