She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Basil Jones and Madeleine Jones; her significant other John T Phan; her children, Caroline Phan (Kevin Slattery) of San Jose, CA, Jennifer Wirfel of Concord, CA and Colin Phan (Dana Matonis) of San Diego, CA.; her grandchildren, Jason Wohlwend (Jenna), Jennifer Wohlwend (Gabreil Cardiel), Julia Wohlwend (Kayli Fisher), Sara Slattery (Ryan Wanless), Christopher Wirfel (Randi), Amanda Wirfel, Ryan Phan and Conor Phan; and her great grandchild Arlo.
