He was predeceased by: his wife Myrna; his parents, Reed Clark and Ione Clark; and his siblings, Rick Clark and Sharon Kehm.
He is survived by: his son Todd Clark; his daughter-in-law Jessica Clark of Gaston, Oregon; his daughter Tammy Clark of Gaston; his sisters, Ronda Seeberger of Forest Grove and Helene; and his grandchildren, Todd Donovan Clark of Forest Grove, Oregon, Jocelyn Clark of Gaston and Jaden Clark of Gaston.
