He is survived by: his wife Jacolyn "Jackie" Bevelacqua; his children, Spencer Allen, Karen Marie and Joelle Marie (Christopher); his sister Regina Marie; his grandchildren, AnnaMarie Mehm, Scott Bevelacqua, Ryan Bevelacqua, Morgan Bevelacqua and Blake Bevelacqua; his great grandchildren, Isabelle Mehm, Wyatt Mehm, Brooklyn Bevelacqua, Braydon Bevelacqua, Mathew Shorette, Allen Shorette and Ethan Bevelacqua; and his children, Adam and Tori Gregory.
