He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Louise Kitchen; his sister Ruth Brock of Showlow, AZ; his children, Jack David Kitchen of Redondo Beach, James Warren Kitchen (Marie) of Torrance, Mark Harlan Kitchen (Lisa Louise) of Los Angeles and Karen Louise Jisonna (Louis) of Dominguez Hills; his grandchildren, Eric Sterling Uvaney (Patty), Michael Shawn Uvaney, Matthew James Kitchen, Jonathon James Kitchen, Kerry Joseph Kitchen and Laurrel Rose Kitchen; and his great grandchild Emily Morgan Uvaney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
