He was predeceased by: his parents, Soledad Martinez Torres and Leonardo Torres of Mexico; his wife Annie M. Torres; his daughters, Mercedes Torres Candelaria and Margaret Torres; and his grandchild Lynrae Belmontez.
He is survived by: his son Raymond Belmontez; his siblings, Richard Torres and Dolores Cruz; and his grandchildren, Jeanette Dye, Phyllis Yepez, Angel Belmontez and Raymond Belmontez Jr.. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; 13 great great grandchildren.
